Dear Sir or Madam:

      I have had the pleasure of working with and am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Jean Hoenike of All-Cal Services, Lake Ozark, MO.

     Jean was hired by Scott & Son in January of 2015 to collect bad debt accounts, some as old as 7 years at the time. It has been a pleasant experience in that Jean is very professional and dedicated to her customers, not only to do her job for you, but also educates you in and of the process. Jean collected many of the accounts we would have otherwise never been able to collect, and is very knowledgeable in her many years of experience in advising on the proper procedures that apply to specific situations to protect against future non-payment from clients.

     Jean's communication in keeping her clients informed as each case progresses is another much appreciated part of working with her, and she is always willing to answer questions, or concerns. I also must add if Jean is out of the office her staff is also apprised of the information and very helpful.

ACCS ALL-CAL Collection Services, Inc. was established in January 1988 by R.J. (Jean) Hoenike after she recognized a need in the business sector for personalized approach to delinquent accounts management, customized to the specific needs of a diverse clientele.

Having started in the credit and collection industry in 1964, working for one of the state's largest individually owned agency. Ms. Hoenike moved up through the ranks to manage the commercial division and remained in that position until deciding to form her own company.
